How to Add Shared Mailbox to Outlook on the Web
This applies only to Outlook on the web.
Steps
- Right-Click "Folders" on the left hand tool bar and select "Add shared folder or mailbox"
- Type in the name of the mailbox you want to add.
- It will then appear on the left hand bar underneath your email
