How to Add a Shared Mailbox to Outlook on a Mobile Device
These steps work for Android and iOS. This is not for the desktop or web versions.
Steps
- Open the Outlook app
- Click the circle icon in the top left corner and then the "+" icon below it
- Click the add Shared mailbox at the bottom
- Type in the address you are adding and click "continue"
- It will now appear in the left hand bar as another circle
